Parents can complete the 2021-2022 school year pre-enrollment survey through the ParentVUE website or through the ParentVUE mobile app on a smartphone. Follow the simple instructions below to submit your enrollment options.
- Log into the ParentVUE website or ParentVUE on a smartphone. To utilize the app, parents need to follow these directions to properly set up the account for the app. Note: parents need an activation key when signing up for this service. If you don’t have one, please call the Customer Support Center at (757) 263-1111 and we will email it to you.
- Select Student Info from the left menu. Both the website and mobile screens are shown here.
3. Select Edit Information
4. Submit your Enrollment Option by choosing it from the dropdown
5. Be sure to click Save Changes. Once you confirm your changes, select your next student, and follow the same process.
