Chromebook Repair

If your Chromebook is damaged, contact the Customer Support Center at (757) 263-1111 or contact your school’s TST. In either case, we will give you a replacement Chromebook. Under no circumstances should you open and attempt to repair your Chromebook. Touching the wrong components may not only damage the computer, it may void the warranty

Connecting your Chromebook to another wireless network is easy! Toggle the Network Switch At the bottom right, select the time. Select the Wi-Fi icon.
