Chromebook Power Issues

Chromebook Power Issues

Sometimes, Chromebooks experience some problems turning on or charging. If your Chromebook is experiencing power issues, try some of these options:

Screen won’t turn on

  • Try pressing Refresh + Power and release
  • Refresh is the 4th button on the top row of the keyboard (circle with arrow)

Device won’t charge

  • Try another wall outlet
  • Are both parts of the charging cable connected?

Device continues to reboot

  • Try Resetting a Chromebook

If you are still experiencing issues after trying the steps above, try resetting your chromebook.
